1-1 Health Coaching 90-Day Intensive
In this program, we address health concerns by addressing the habits that are affecting you most and start to make small, do-able energy and confidence-boosting strides while we continue to build a clear vision for your health and career. From there we make some values-based decisions about direction and move forward in creating it!

What’s Included:
- A customized 90-day program designed to support you in reaching your goals with curated information and coaching exercises
- 12, 50-minute, 1-1 coaching session by phone, Skype or in-person (in Toronto)
- Up to 6, 15-minute accountability calls and email support between sessions
- A fitness (training program), personal wellness and eating-for-energy plan that is rooted in habit change and can be sustained long-term

I’ll be honest, when I began this program I was skeptical. I’m a busy parent and an even busier professional, and I was pretty sure there was no way Jenn was going to magically find time in my jam-packed days for wellness or progress or calm when I hadn’t been able to find it myself.
So I was really surprised at how life changing this program was for me. Jenn helped me figure out that what I really wanted out of my career and life was actually different from what I thought I wanted. She led me through exercises that often seemed small but that have had a major and lasting impact on how I eat, how I exercise, how I make decisions and how I set intentions and goals for my day.
I didn’t leave the program with some static ‘to do’ list for my life or with everything ‘fixed.’ I left it with a new set of skills moving me in the direction I want to go that I will probably use forever.
